i think they included that damn update in new IE 9 (cause i do not see that update in installed updates list and windows update do not offer me that update to install. I reinstalled IE9 - and IE9 32 became behave itself as with update.

So i decided to uninstall and than reinstall IE 9 and turn off and than turn on IE 8 (it is pitty i can't uninstall and then back install ie 8 in windows 7.) - and than i saw, that IE 8 32 behave itself the same way as IE 9 with the update - no respond, crash, tools - no help in this and this all problem.
